The project “Shakti: Empowering Communities through Skill and Livelihood Development” is specially written for BPCL (Bharat Petroleum Corportation Ltd.) under their CSR activities.

Beneficiaries: Youth and women from marginalized and vulnerable groups.
Trades Offered: (i) Healthcare Assistant (GDA), (ii) Digital Marketing & Social Media, and (iii) Solar Panel Installation & Maintenance.
Training Model: 3-month courses with 4 batches/year per trade, including soft skills, financial literacy, and life skills.
Support System: Certification, placement assistance, entrepreneurship guidance, and post-placement mentoring.
Gender Inclusivity: Equal opportunities for male and female candidates, with emphasis on women’s empowerment.
