• Ecological Restoration: Planting 50,000+ native trees (targeting ≥75% survival rate) and restoring 100+ acres of degraded land.
• Water Security: Development and rejuvenation of 10–15 water conservation structures to improve local groundwater tables.
• Climate-Smart Agriculture: Promotion of sustainable farming and soil health, directly supporting 300 farmers in adopting climate-resilient practices.
• Sustainable Livelihoods: Providing economic opportunities for 250 households through community nurseries and agroforestry initiatives.
• Capacity Building: Training 800+ individuals—with a strong focus on women empowerment (≥50% participation).
• Tech-Enabled Monitoring: Utilizing GIS, MIS, and geo-tagging to ensure transparency, real-time tracking, and project accountability.
• Community Governance: Strengthening Village Development Committees (VDCs) and Self-Help Groups (SHGs) to ensure the project remains self-sustaining post-implementation.
