Project Overview:

1. Title: Project Shakti – Empowering Rural Women through Skill Hubs and Self-Help Groups
2. Target Group: 200–300 rural women, especially from SC/ST/OBC and economically weaker sections.
3. Project Goal: To enhance women’s employability, entrepreneurship, and income-generation capabilities.
4. Core Activities:
(i) Establish 3 Skill Hubs in selected rural locations.
(ii) Conduct 6-month training programs in handicrafts, organic farming, and digital literacy.
(iii) Form 30–45 women-led SHGs and link them with markets and banks.
5. Capacity Building: Financial literacy, leadership development, and empowerment workshops.
6. Sustainability Model: SHG-based enterprises with market linkages and NRLM convergence.
7. Expected Outcomes: 20–30% rise in income levels, self-reliant SHGs, and long-term employability.
8. Alignment with SDGs: SDG 5 (Gender Equality), SDG 8 (Decent Work & Economic Growth), SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities).
9. Branding for ONGC: Visibility through Skill Hubs, media coverage, co-branded materials, and success stories.
10. Long-Term Impact: Sustainable women-led enterprises, community resilience, and replicable CSR model.
11. Exit Plan: Skill Hubs handed over to SHGs; NGO continues mentoring using retained assets.

Project Contents
Comprehensive proposal including objectives, activities, timelines, budget, sustainability plan, Gantt Chart, Organogram of team structure, Training components, a logical framework (Logframe), detailed budget, a sustainability plan, an exit strategy, and anticipated benefits to HPCL, impact assessment details and a separate folder containing images..
