“Empowering Livelihoods Through Bamboo and Medicinal Plant Cultivation in North Eastern States (Project Vistaar)” is a project aimed at enhancing the livelihoods of rural communities. Target Participants
Only North Eastern States, which include Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura, are eligible to submit proposals to implement this project.
