The project “Educated India – Empowered Girls, Empowered Future” is specially written for BHEL (Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd.) under their CSR activities.

Project Highlights
• A one-year CSR initiative under BHEL’s thrust area – Educated India focusing on self-empowerment of the girl child.
• Directly benefits 360 adolescent girls (14–19 years) through vocational training in Tailoring, IT Skills, and Beauty & Wellness.
• Parallel modules on life skills, digital literacy, health & hygiene, financial literacy, and legal rights awareness.
• Community sensitization workshops with parents and leaders to ensure sustained support and reduce dropouts.
• Establishment of 20 peer learning circles and mentorship linkages with women professionals.
• Exposure visits, career guidance, and leadership workshops to broaden aspirations of girls.
• Baseline, midline, and endline surveys with strong monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment framework.
• Sustainability ensured through SHGs, peer groups, local institutions, and government skill development linkages.
• Contributes directly to SDG 4, 5, 8, and 10, while giving BHEL strong branding mileage as a socially responsible corporate.

Project Contents
The project proposal consists of a comprehensive set of documents, including a cover letter, background assessments, detailed objectives, activity descriptions with timelines, a methodological framework, analysis of the target group, organizational structure, monitoring mechanisms, expected outcomes with measurable indicators, a logical framework (Logframe), a Gantt chart for the execution plan, impact assessment details, detailed budget, a sustainability plan, an exit strategy, and anticipated benefits to BHEL, complemented by an executive summary and a separate folder containing images..

Budget Modification: An Excel template is provided for easy budget adjustments which will automatically update your budget.

Preparation: Delivered in the specified format by BHEL.
The project is complete in all respects. You can edit your NGO details in word file and submit it directly.
Time required to make proposal is 30 minutes only.
