• Implementing Agency: Partnered with expert NGOs specializing in child protection CSR projects, supported by Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (HPCL) for maximum community impact.
• Geographic Coverage: Targeting 5–10 underserved communities and schools near HPCL operational sites across India, ensuring localized child safety education and support.
• Key Activities: Interactive community workshops on child exploitation awareness; school-based sessions for anti-trafficking and abuse prevention; specialized training for parents and teachers; widespread awareness campaigns via digital and on-ground efforts; establishment of child safety helplines; counselling for at-risk children; and ongoing monitoring for effective child protection strategies.
• Target Beneficiaries: Reaching over 5,000 direct participants (including children, parents, and teachers) and 20,000 indirect beneficiaries through scalable CSR child care initiatives in vulnerable areas.
• Core Objectives: Boost awareness on child safety issues; enhance capacity-building for adults in exploitation prevention; create reliable reporting mechanisms for child abuse; and develop sustainable networks for long-term child protection in India.
• Expected Outcomes: Achieve a 30–40% rise in community awareness levels on child exploitation risks; form 10 active child safety committees; provide counseling support to 200+ children; and reduce vulnerability through proactive CSR interventions.
• SDG Alignment: Aligned with SDG 3,5 and 16
• Sustainability Plan: Foster local ownership with trained “Child Safety Champions” in communities; integrate with government child welfare schemes like POCSO Act enforcement for enduring impact beyond the project timeline.

Project Contents
Comprehensive proposal including objectives, activities, timelines, budget, sustainability plan, Gantt Chart, Organogram of team structure, a logical framework (Logframe), detailed budget, a sustainability plan, an exit strategy, and anticipated benefits to HPCL, impact assessment details and a separate folder containing images..
